We had the deluxe queen room which was reasonably large and beautifully designed specially with 2 bigger suitcases. The location was great on a pedestrianised area and the atmosphere was contemporary.

Stayed for one night after exploring the lake Como area. The area is stunning, but finding a good hotel that won't break the bank is a struggle. Avenue is in the very center of Como, which is a very charming little city that I will visit again and not only for the lake. The hotel is just off the main shopping streets, with shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern and affordable! We had a room overlooking the backyard which was perfectly quiet and private. The AC also worked perfectly. I highly recommend this hotel if you're not too concerned with having a lake view. I'll recommend this hotel.
